Prudential offers various financial work place solutions including retirement plans, annuities, and investment accounts. This summer I worked as a UX summer associate in the Prudential Customer Office. This branch of Prudential is fairly new and is tasked with reimagining how Prudential interacts with both its existing and future customers. The design team works in a Pod-based system in which designers are paired with certain projects and initiatives. I worked on a team focused on creating new solutions to increase customer engagement and create trust in Prudential's brand and products.
Built a new financial education learning experience all the way from paper-prototypes to high-fidelity interactive mockups (currently in development)
Built out the final visual experience for Prudential's new tool LINK to ensure it was compliant with ADA guidelines. Also worked alongside the visual team to debut the updated visual framework.
Moderated/analyzed both remote and in-person user testing. Utilized the Prudential usability lab and UserTesting.com
Presented my work to multiple stakeholders including the senior leadership team and used the feedback I received to iterate and improve my designs
